In town for a work trip and had the spicy dumplings and the spicy beef noodle soup per the waitress recommendation. Both were delicious! Will definitely come back when I’m in town!
I had a claypot rice with preserved meat, and the owner said the sausage was handmade. It was clearly tastier than the ones sold in supermarkets. The pig ears were also delicious, with authentic seasoning! The soy milk was really good too, with a rich soybean flavor!
I got there 3 minutes before close. The very beautiful lady up front was kind enough to serve me takeout even recommending to me an amazing dish. As I waited for my food she even offered and gave me some water, even helped me learn a bit of mandarin. When my food came out she went as far to give me an extra plate of food that someone ordered for take out but never came to pickup. The food itself just pushed it over the top for me. Overall, I’d give it a rating of perfect.
I had such a great experience! The food was so authentic and flavorful, it’s definitely one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the U.S. It tastes freshly scratch made and the dishes I had really complimented each other. The service was wonderful, they were so nice and attentive.
